Good day valued customers,

First and foremost, thank you for your continued support and trust in E&C Courier. Our customers are the foundation of our business, and everything we do is built around serving you better. We take great pride in supporting your daily operations and being a reliable part of your supply chain.

We would like to take this opportunity to share a brief update with you — outlining the progress we made over the past year and highlighting what we have planned for the year ahead.

2025: A Year of Growth and Improvement

In 2025, we implemented several meaningful changes to strengthen our operations and improve the level of service we provide to our customers. While growth naturally came with challenges, these improvements have positioned us well for the future:

  • Completed a full rebuild of our website at www.eandccourier.ca
  • Added a new southeast route from Brandon, servicing Baldur, Belmont, Cartwright, Clearwater, Crystal City, Killarney, Glenboro, Holland, Mariapolis, Ninette, Pilot Mound, Swan Lake, Wawanesa, and surrounding communities
  • Added Roblin to our northwest route
  • Adjusted our northwest route to allow for earlier daily delivery times
  • Adjusted our southwest route to allow for earlier daily delivery times
  • Expanded our fleet with the addition of a second 3-ton cube truck, added two vans, and replaced one existing vehicle
  • Expanded our shop facility, doubling our available square footage

2026: Looking Ahead

With 2026 underway, our focus remains on continued growth, efficiency, and service improvements. Our goal is to be your trusted, long-term delivery partner, and to further elevate the level of service you rely on through the following initiatives:

  • Expand our fleet with the addition of a 5-ton, 26-foot truck, significantly increasing both space and weight capacity for Winnipeg-based freight
  • Expand our team by hiring two additional drivers to meet growing demand in Winnipeg
    This is a top priority
  • Reduce per-pound pricing for oversized freight and skids by 5–10%
  • Adjust our base rate with a 6.5% increase, effective February 1, 2026
  • Expand our service area north along Highway 5, from Neepawa to Dauphin

While these represent our most current priorities, our commitment to growth and continuous improvement extends well beyond this roadmap.
